How to make a QR code menu (3 minutes)
- Put your menu online. A PDF link, a Google Drive share link, a page on your website, or even your Instagram profile all work.
- Paste the link above and keep “Make it dynamic” checked — that's what lets you change the menu later without reprinting.
- Style it. Add your logo and a “Scan for menu” frame in the Design panel.
- Download the SVG or 4096px PNG and send it to your printer for table tents, stickers or window decals.
- Bookmark your manage link. That's where you repoint the code and watch scan stats.
Print size guide
| Placement | Recommended size |
|---|---|
| Table tent / sticker | 3 × 3 cm minimum |
| Counter sign | 5 × 5 cm |
| Window decal | 10 × 10 cm |
| Poster (scanned from 2 m) | 20 × 20 cm |
Rule of thumb: scanning distance ÷ 10 = minimum code width. Test with a real phone before the print run.
